Baron aged 41, commenced work at the UK’s leading leisure and restaurant agency, Davis Coffer and Lyons, in 1992. In 1996 Baron joined London Stock Exchange listed Dwyer Plc where he was involved in all aspects of the management of the company including the purchase and sale of individual properties and substantial portfolio management. In 2000, he acquired a controlling stake and joined the Board as CEO in a £1m BES commercial property company, re-named as Eurocity Properties Plc, followed by further fundraising and admission to trading on AIM. In 2003.. In 2005 Baron established Citigroup Estates Limited. Citigroup Estates advises property investors on UK and European investments and has advised on a number of substantial property transactions. Greg Collier has 32 years of financial and commercial experience, having been involved in running businesses in leisure, restaurant, property, and property maintenance. In addition to his role in Etaireia Investments PLC, he has been involved in facilities management business. Ian is a successful independent consultant supporting several SME businesses in the UK. He has experience as a non-executive director for a Japan based automotive parts manufacturer and a UK business listed on AIM. He has been an active investor in the property markets in the UK for over 30 years.
