Myles Andrew Cunliffe
Myles, commenced work in 1998 with a finance broker in the North West, JD Finance Limited. Over an eight year period Myles was involved in various finance brokers before founding Get Me Finance Limited in 2010. Get Me Finance has become one of the leading online brands in the car finance industry and is now authorised by the FCA to enter into credit agreements as a lender. Myles also has the individual FCA permissions of CF1, CF1(AR), CF10 and CF11. This success led to Myles being appointed as a Director of Goldmann and Sons PLC where his skill set has been utilised not just in the car finance sector but now recently within the property and development sector, overviewing different projects and offering his expertise and knowledge to help raise funds for clients.
Chief Executive Officer
Dennis has over 30 years experience in property development, finance and strategic planning. He has worked in the private sector running a group of companies focusing on property development from new build to specialist listed building projects and is an expert at site acquisition and successfully gaining planning permissions throughout the UK. In the public sector he has partnered with various blue-chip operators in strategic sites and has constructed developments for Tesco PLC, Lucent international, and the Brunei Government to name but a few. In recent years Dennis has established himself as a business turnaround specialist and financial planning consultant. He has worked with The Prince’s Trust as a Senior Advisor and also as a Strategic Business Advisor to the Isle of Man Government.
Greg Collier has 32 years of financial and commercial experience, having been involved in running businesses in leisure, restaurant, property, and property maintenance. In addition to his role in Etaireia Investments PLC, he has been involved in facilities management business. Greg is well networked in the business world, particularly in London and experienced on the benefits of public listings in the UK where he sits on the boards of a number of other NEX Exchange (Early Equity PLC, Imperial Music & Media PLC and Metroelectric PLC) and AIM (Alpha Returns Group PLC) quoted companies.
Ian has over 20 years’ experience in Japan, including 15 as Asia-Pacific managing director for Bloomberg LP, responsible for an annual turnover of US$400m and 1500 employees, where he reported directly to founder and CEO Michael Bloomberg the former mayor of New York. Ian is a successful independent consultant supporting several SME businesses in the UK. He has experience as a non-executive director for a Japan based automotive parts manufacturer and a UK business listed on AIM. He has been an active investor in the property markets in the UK for over 30 years.
